The Role:
The ACCESS project manager/technical advisor is a time-bound role, intended to support and build MS Niger’s programme management capacity.. This role is accountable for successful delivery of the ACCESS project objectives, supporting with day to day service delivery, as well as donor reporting, stakeholder engagement and budget management. As MS Niger is a new organisation, a substantial part of the role will involve capacity-building and support in developing new systems.
This role is available as a fixed term for 9 months (for internal candidates, we would consider a secondment of 3-9 months depending on availability)
About you:
To be considered for the role you will have:
- Demonstrable experience of managing global projects and donor funded programs at country level (desirable)
- Experience of developing and maintaining working relationships with donors and development partners.
- At least 2 years’ experience leading and managing team members (desirable).
- Fluent French and English
