Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) (www.bfconsulting.com), a Swiss based leading development finance consulting boutique with a global footprint in over 50 countries, invites applications for the Senior AgriInsurance Loss Adjustment Expert position in Georgia. Initially, the Senior AgriInsurance Loss Adjustment Expert will focus on the development, coordination and implementing of the agricultural loss adjustment training programs.
Duration: Short-term assignment
Duty station: Tbilisi, Georgia
Job responsibilities:
· Conducting trainings within increase of a technological knowledge in agri-insurance
· Development and providing of training and presentation materials for crop loss adjustment
· Development and providing guidelines for training course, customized for agri-insurance market in Georgia
· Conducting field training programs for crop and livestock loss adjustment determination, determination of losses on insured and uninsured to risks and loss identification due to actions of non-insurance risks
· Contribute to the development of agro-insurance products and schemes
Requirements:
· University degree in Agricultural Economics/Finance/Law or equivalent experience as loss adjuster in insurance industry
· 10+ years of experience in agricultural insurance
· Knowledge of agricultural risk management and agricultural insurance
· Excellent training skills and experience in specialized guidelines development
· Fluent in English
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to meet deadlines
· Outstanding communication and writing skills, excellent presentation skills
