Dexis Consulting Group is seeking experienced technical and program specialists for the anticipated USAID Sahel Collaboration and Communication (SCC) Activity to be based in Niger or Burkina Faso. The purpose of the SCC Activity is to promote collaboration, learning and adapting (CLA) for collective impact among USAID, implementing partners for RISE II, the Sahel Development Partnership (SDP), and Bridge activities in the Sahel partner communities, select national government institutions, and research institutions; and to build local capacity for learning and adaptation. SCC will improve CLA among all stakeholders in order to enhance development results and help USAID better communicate those results.
These positions are contingent upon award. The anticipated start date is September 2019.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- At least five years’ experience in one or more of the specified areas of expertise
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience working on donor-funded programs
- Experience working in Niger or Burkina Faso
- Strong entrepreneurial, management, and communications skills
- French fluency (written and spoken)
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on USAID-funded programs
- English fluency (written and spoken)
